Sysdig is seeking a Senior Open Source Engineer to contribute to Falco and related OSS projects from Caserta, Italy. The role involves developing core technologies, maintaining releases, and driving automation while engaging with a broad cloud-native community.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, fix reported bugs, and contribute to talks, blogs, and conferences. 5+ years in cloud native or security is expected, with proficiency in C/C++, Go, and Rust.

Competenze

• 5 years as Software Engineer in cloud native or security domains.
• Proficient in C/C++, Golang, and Rust.
• Open source contributions and community engagement.
• Experience with Linux, eBPF, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; clear communication.

• Develop new technology for Falco, OSS Sysdig, and related libraries.
