Job summary

Agap2 Italia, part of the MoOngy Group, seeks a seasoned Project Service Manager in Italy to lead project services across cost control, planning, document control, procurement and logistics for complex Oil&Gas EPCIC projects. The role interfaces with multiple teams and the Client to ensure cost, schedule and compliance objectives are met.

The candidate must have 15+ years in Project Services or related fields, strong leadership, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of professional experience in Project Services, Project Controls or similar roles after obtaining the degree.
• Proven experience in Oil&Gas, EPC/EPCIC or complex industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls: cost control, planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project support teams.
• Solid understanding of procurement, contracts, logistics and document control processes.
• Experience with offshore project execution, marine logistics and SIMOPS is desirable.
• Strong leadership, organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and Client interface skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project service activities across engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning phases.
• Manage and coordinate project services teams covering cost control, planning, document control, logistics and procurement support.
• Develop and maintain the Project Services Execution Plan in line with project and Client requirements.
• Oversee project cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Supervise project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring integration of schedules across disciplines.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and monitor progress against baseline.
• Support procurement and contract management activities, monitoring deliveries.
• Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of personnel, materials and equipment for onshore/offshore.
• Oversee marine logistics, vessel scheduling and SIMOPS requirements.
• Ensure document control and contractual submission compliance.
• Monitor project cost/schedule performance and identify risks and corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project service reports for management and Client.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, contractual requirements, HSE standards, regulations.
• Interface between Project GM, project disciplines, contractors, vendors and support functions.
