Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone, IT is seeking a Sr. Manager of Component Delivery Management to provide end-to-end governance of component delivery in a nuclear-qualified manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee planning, execution, documentation, and readiness to ensure schedule adherence while protecting nuclear safety, product integrity, and regulatory obligations. Lead delivery planning and risk mitigation in a highly regulated setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent extensive experience in a technical/managerial discipline.
• 10+ years in project, delivery, engineering, manufacturing, or contract management in nuclear or regulated industry.
• 5+ years leading project managers or multi-project organizations.
• English professional working proficiency; Italian fluent or professional working proficiency where required.

Mansioni

• Ensure Nuclear Safety, Quality, and Compliance in Component Delivery.
• Manage End-to-End Component Delivery Governance across production, fabrication, quality release, and documentation readiness.
• Own delivery commitments, validate dates based on readiness assessments, monitor execution, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure components have correct configuration, full traceability, and approved release status.
• Communicate status to internal/external customers and support audits and inspections.
• Lead the delivery management organization and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify systemic causes of delays and drive improvements to delivery reliability.
• Maintain a delivery risk register and lead recovery plans when risks materialize.
