Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Lead, Network Services in Turino, Italy for a partially remote, full-time role. You will design and implement local and wide-area network solutions, work with routers, switches, MPLS, and IP/VOIP, coordinate with vendors, and drive project planning and cost analysis through the solution lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in network support, core switching/routing/MPLS and firewalls, and experience across local, regional, and global domains.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation.
• 6+ years of experience in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls.
• Networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local, regional, and global domains.
• Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement local and wide-area network solutions using multiple platforms and protocols.
• Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with vendors to install latest hardware and software (routers, switches).
• Lead project implementation, planning, and cost analysis; build proof-of-concept solutions with networking system technology.
• Review project requirements, translate to technical designs, ensure they are fulfilled on time and to spec.
• Provide high-quality technical solutions to prepare customers for go-live and maintenance (IP, VOIP).
• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer networks run smoothly and reliably.
