JOB PURPOSE :

As NRM Specialist, you will drive Unilever Ice-Cream’s strategy to sell the right product to the right consumer at the right time and price. You will analyze market data, sales history, and forecasts to develop pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies, unlocking revenue growth through portfolio and investment levers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Design tailored NRM capabilities for strategic channels, creating and implementing the NRM playbook.
  • Develop category strategies to optimize revenue via brand pricing, pack architecture, portfolio management, and promotion plans across channels and regions.
  • Identify white-spaces, pack / price opportunities, and build channel-specific portfolios and assortments.
  • Define growth drivers that influence go-to-market strategies for retailers and Unilever Ice Cream.
  • Spot growth opportunities to bring measurable impact.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree in Economics or equivalent.
  • 7-8 years experience in NRM and Key Account Management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into insights.
  • Ownership mindset, curiosity, and self-drive.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
