Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer for a relocation-based role in Malta. The position sits in a hybrid setup from Rome, Italy, with visa and relocation support.

You will lead architectural discussions, mentor peers, and deliver robust full-stack solutions using React.js on the frontend and .NET on the backend. The role requires 6–8 years in IT, strong OOP/algorithms, and experience across SDLC, cloud, containers, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years hands on IT experience.
• Proficient in OOP concepts and algorithms/data structures.
• Proficient in relational databases and async programming.
• Experience with React.js (Frontend) and .NET (Backend).
• Familiar with devops, cloud services and containerization.
• Fluent in English, strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide developers, and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Drive internal process improvements and coding standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
