Job Description:

To continue our growth, we are hiring new talents. We have decided to open a Development Center in Turin, Italy. We are now looking for an experienced Microsoft Developer Team Leader with a passion for developing software, learning new skills, and applying them to work, possessing strong problem-solving skills. The role involves leading the team towards annual goals, providing technical support, and building high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with our coding standards and technical design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the continued delivery of our products used by HQ Geneva and worldwide MSC agencies.
• Lead technical discussions on various software development topics.
• Maintain, design, and develop complex software for ocean carriers.
• Drive consistent standards and approaches within the team.
• Design software from requirements, apply best practices, and develop quality software.
• Participate in technical discussions, own software components from design to delivery, and debug effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5+ years in a similar Team Leader role in software development.
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as C#, SQL Server, .NET Framework (including WPF, WinForms, Serialization, Reflection, Security, ADO.NET, multi-threading, Entity Framework).
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals with problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to improve development efficiencies continually.
• Good leadership skills and problem-solving approaches.
• Fluency in English.
