Job Description:

As a Senior D365 Business Central Functional Consultant, you will provide business consulting, strategic and tactful planning to successfully implement designated Microsoft D365 Business Central products in small to mid-market sized businesses, resulting in a high level of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform consulting services for Business Central projects in areas such as documentation, configuration, testing, and issue tracking.
• Work with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support during implementation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, interact with project teams, and represent the company in client contact.
• Configure, customize, and test systems based on customer requirements.
• Develop and assist with academy-led training, including content and expertise.
• Write and maintain programming and project documentation based on provided specifications.
• Support end-user and system administrator training remotely.
• Adhere to best practices in configuration, programming, and documentation.
• Continuously improve knowledge through research and self-study.
• Identify and recommend process improvements, methodologies, and best practices.
• Participate in company trainings and obtain certifications as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of D365 Business Central (BC) or NAV implementation experience.
• Full lifecycle experience with core finance or operations modules.
• Experience working in a progressive management consulting or professional services firm.
• Experience with multiple add-ons or ISVs, such as InsightWorks, Multi-Entity Management (MEM), etc.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and mentor junior team members.
