Descrizione del lavoro

The Senior National Sales Manager (SnNSM) is a strategic role responsible for all sales activities in the country. The SnNSM will work closely with the client as a key member of its local leadership team to drive compliant sales success in a COVID-affected environment, launching a first-in-class product with a new MoA. This role oversees all deployed Sales Managers and the field-based sales team, playing a key leadership role in operational planning and product promotion execution. Responsibilities include leading a nationwide sales team, collaborating with internal operations and client stakeholders to design and execute sales strategies (field targeting, regional and territory plans, call effectiveness, and performance monitoring). The SnNSM ensures all activities comply with ethical standards, the Public Health Code, the Charter for Promotional Information, and internal policies. Specific responsibilities include :

  • Collaborating with the VP of Commercial and internal SYNH deployment solutions COEs (Recruitment, HR, Training, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Legal)
  • Leading a team of Product Specialists to promote the product to healthcare professionals and targeted accounts, achieving or exceeding sales targets through appropriate messaging and channels
  • Working within the broader matrix ecosystem as part of Syneos Health and the Client’s EUCAN sales team, contributing to leadership and steering committees
  • Understanding and executing the client’s product launch strategy and ensuring ongoing sales targets are met
  • Fulfilling legal requirements for pharmaceutical promotion in the country, including necessary certifications and a full clean driving license
  • Having experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in sales, marketing, or commercial operations roles
  • Possessing experience in sales and marketing related to prescription pharmaceuticals
  • Having line-management experience within biotech, pharma, medical devices, diagnostics, or related consultancy roles
