A leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization is seeking a Senior National Sales Manager in Monza. This strategic role involves overseeing sales activities, managing teams, and ensuring compliance while promoting a pioneering product. Successful candidates will leverage their expertise in sales management and the pharmaceutical industry to drive results and meet sales targets.
The Senior National Sales Manager (SnNSM) is a strategic role responsible for all sales activities in the country. The SnNSM will work closely with the client as a key member of its local leadership team to drive compliant sales success in a COVID-affected environment, launching a first-in-class product with a new MoA. This role oversees all deployed Sales Managers and the field-based sales team, playing a key leadership role in operational planning and product promotion execution.
