Micron Technology, Inc. in Avezzano (L'Aquila, Italy) is seeking a Design/Senior Design Engineer for NAND digital logic in the NVE Engineering group. You will own end-to-end logic features from architecture to RTL and post-silicon validation, collaborating with firmware, datapath, and test teams.

You will translate requirements into robust digital implementations, drive verification including coverage, and support silicon bring-up and debugging to enable robust NAND Flash products.

Competenze

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in digital logic design and verification for complex SoCs or memory products.
• Hands-on RTL design, gate-level verification, and simulation methodologies.
• Solid understanding of system-level and micro-architectural design trade-offs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for global teams.
• Familiarity with NAND Flash or non-volatile memory technologies.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end development of logic features, from architecture definition through RTL implementation, verification, and post-silicon validation.
• Translate system and firmware requirements into micro-architecture specifications and robust digital implementations.
• Develop high-quality RTL and drive verification activities (block, subsystem, and full-chip), including coverage and post-layout validation.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define interfaces, ensure integration quality, and optimize performance, power, and reliability.
• Support silicon bring-up, debug, and root-cause analysis, contributing to yield learning and product ramp.
