Micron Italia designs and analyzes core and mixed-signal circuits for NAND Flash, driving power, performance, and reliability. You will verify behavior across operating conditions and collaborate with global teams to enable scalable, manufacturable solutions.

Role emphasizes analog/mixed-signal CMOS design expertise, SPICE-based verification, and automation development, with a focus on power efficiency and product performance within a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Proven experience in analog and/or mixed-signal CMOS circuit design.
• Solid understanding of device physics, variability, reliability, and power integrity.
• Hands-on experience with SPICE-based simulation tools and circuit verification methodologies.
• Develop and leverage automation solutions (Python-based workflows, AI-assisted tools) and maintain documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for global cross-functional teams.

As a Design Engineer in the NVE Design Engineering Core at Micron Italia, you contribute to memory product development by designing and analyzing core and mixed-signal circuits used in NAND Flash. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, manufacturable, and reliable solutions across technologies. You will optimize circuit blocks, verify behavior across operating conditions, and drive power efficiency and performance improvements.
