The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in construction management, particularly with MEP systems. The role also involves managing subcontractors and collaborating with teams to ensure project success and compliance with local regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Field Assembly Integration (FIA) to lead large-scale commercial projects such as data centres and pharmaceutical plants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP & FIA packages.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure MEP & FIA systems are installed and commissioned to design specifications.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate activities with other construction disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and construction standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, focusing on MEP & FIA systems for large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP and fire protection systems, design, and installation.
• Proven experience on data centre or pharmaceutical plant projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction contracts such as FIDIC, NEC, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
