Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Requires exceptional business knowledge to drive results and provide thought leadership.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO setting with senior strategic leadership in rheumatology.

Responsibilities

• Work independently of the therapeutic area head.
• Lead strategic proposal development with the proposal team.
• Participate in client proposal bid defense meetings as a leader, medical director and SME.
• Act as consultant throughout the R&D life cycle and during clinical trials; and/or as a standalone solution.
• Formulate clinical development plans and lead the Center of Excellence strategy.
