We are currently hiring a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) with expertise in biologics launches for the Italian market.

The MSL is a key internal expert providing scientific and clinical support both in the field and office-based to the team and healthcare professionals. The role involves maintaining high levels of medical, scientific, and technical knowledge related to dermatology.

The MSL develops and maintains professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians and healthcare providers, to support Galderma's initiatives. The role focuses on facilitating scientific exchange, gathering insights, and providing medical, scientific, and educational support for Galderma’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a reference point for the office-based team and customer-facing colleagues.
• Build and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs/KTLs) and academic centers to access current scientific information.
• Contribute to medical strategy, education, and engagement activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and share in-depth knowledge of dermatology and skin disorders.
• Create and implement educational messages to promote scientific awareness of Galderma products.
• Deliver credible scientific presentations to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Identify and engage with local, regional, and national KOLs and experts.
• Support efforts to diversify profiles of KOLs, KTLs, and healthcare providers to meet patient needs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Medical, Pharmacy, MD, PhD, or related degree in life sciences.
• Experience in immunology and biologics is essential.
• Dermatology or rheumatology experience is highly recommended.
• Proven experience in medical research or industry is desirable.
• Skilled in developing and presenting scientific content to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong planning, facilitation, and technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments.
• Able to build credibility and strong relationships with medical professionals.
