Dauch is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist Mechanical System to drive development and acquisition of new product solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, act as the technical interface with customers, and steer strategic projects across engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing domains.

The role requires an engineering degree, leadership experience, and fluency in German and English. A gross annual salary starting at €55,000 plus a variable bonus component is offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes, manufacturing and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and serve as the technical interface between customers and internal departments.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and market potential.
• Manage strategic acquisition and development projects through successful nomination.
• Represent the Engineering function in complex projects and interactions with customers and partners.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Support Project Management, Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on technical matters.
• Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, and translate them into future product solutions.
• Ensure resource planning, scheduling, and roadmap alignment for strategic projects.
