Arup in Milan is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer focused on mission‑critical facilities to join our growing Building Services Engineering team. You will lead multidisciplinary projects, mentor junior engineers, and guide the design from concept through construction, interfacing directly with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in data center or industrial buildings, strong BIM/Revit skills, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical/Building/Energy Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Experience leading design from concept to construction.
• Experience with Data Center or industrial buildings.
• Minimum 10 years in mechanical systems design.
• Experience with Revit BIM and parametric design is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Italian, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Motivated, proactive and adaptable to new challenges.

Mansioni

• Lead multidisciplinary projects within the Building Services Engineering Senior Team, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Act as project lead engineer interfacing with the client’s team and coordinating design decisions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to set design ambitions and coordinate mechanical requirements and their impact on the project.
