Job summary

ACMA, a Coesia company near Bologna, seeks a highly skilled Mechanical Assembler for high-precision assembly of automated filling machines in the aerosol and packaging sector. You will ensure components are installed to exact specifications and work closely with the engineering and production teams.

You must read complex drawings and schematics, handle tight tolerances, and perform on-site adjustments or light machining as needed.

Qualifications

• 10 years of proven experience in assembling high-technology industrial machinery
• Technical Diploma (Perito Meccanico/Meccatronico) or equivalent
• Ability to read complex mechanical, P&ID, pneumatic, and assembly drawings
• Experience with precision tolerances and high-pressure sealing systems
• Proficiency in English technical terminology

Responsibilities

• Assemble automated filling machines per engineering specs
• Read and interpret detailed drawings and schematics
• Mount seals, bearings, and precision components to tight tolerances
• Integrate pneumatic and sensor-based automation with mechanicals
• Identify and fix fitment issues; propose adjustments
• Collaborate with Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and PM teams
