Overview
- Developing and implementing annual marketing plans to support enrolment goals.
- Managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, OOH, PR, social media).
- Overseeing design projects and producing marketing collateral when needed.
- Partnering with school leadership and admissions teams to deliver tailored campaigns.
- Monitoring performance, optimising activity, and managing budgets.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring brand consistency.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with the regional CEO and central marketing teams.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in a cross-channel marketing position.
- Strong multi-channel marketing expertise across digital, PR, collateral, and social.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to manage projects from strategy to execution.
- Sharp commercial awareness, with experience using insights to drive results.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
