Senior Manager of Investor Relations & Strategic Finance

you will be a key partner to the CFO and executive team, owning all aspects of investor engagement, capital strategy, and long-range planning. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial narrative, optimizing investor communications, and supporting strategic fundraising decisions at the board and fund level. This is a highly visible leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or growth funds, and who is ready to make the leap into a senior operating role within a high-growth technology company. Key Responsibilities Lead all investor relations activities : build and manage ongoing communications with current and prospective investors, own reporting cadence, and maintain investor data rooms and cap table structures. Partner with the CFO to develop compelling investor presentations, fundraising materials, and strategic financial narratives. Drive business planning, including long-term financial modeling, scenario planning, and capital allocation strategy. Own end-to-end fundraising execution : due diligence coordination, market intelligence, and investor pipeline management. Prepare board-level materials and act as a liaison between the company and institutional investors or strategic partners. Provide strategic insights to support M&A, secondary transactions, and other capital market activities. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in investment banking, VC / growth equity, PE, or strategic finance roles at high-growth tech companies. Proven track record of managing or supporting growth-stage fundraising rounds or investor portfolios. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, Rule of 40, etc.), and value drivers. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — both in writing and in presentations. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with leadership teams and external stakeholders. Operates with a high level of ownership, maturity, and discretion. Preferred Prior experience at a VC-backed B2B SaaS company. Familiarity with European and / or US investor ecosystems and capital markets.
