The Role

Intesa SpA, part of the Kyndryl group, is seeking a Senior Manager for the Financial Services sales department. This key role involves developing the company's positioning strategy and leading the sales team.

The position is based in Milan, with national travel on the Milan-Rome axis, serving clients primarily in the financial sector. Candidates with experience in consulting or digital transformation projects for banking, insurance, or finance companies are preferred.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of sales experience in IT, digital, consulting, or BPO companies, with proven leadership skills in managing sales teams.

Deep understanding of managing complex projects in banking, finance, and insurance sectors, along with strong people management skills, is required.

Role objectives

  • Achieve sales targets related to signing, revenue, and gross profit.
  • Expand Intesa's presence in the financial services sector through client development and team coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients.
  • Generate sales opportunities and strategic projects, involving pre-sales and technical teams.
  • Ensure commercial offers and contracts comply with company standards and regulations.
  • Maintain transparent communication on negotiations and sales processes.
  • Identify client needs and propose technological and service solutions.
  • Suggest evolutions to the company's offerings for service improvement and innovation.

Qualifications include a degree in engineering, computer science, economics, or related fields, with at least 8 years of experience selling IT services and knowledge of the sector. Consulting experience is a plus. Fluency in English (minimum B2, C1 preferred) and willingness to travel are required.
