Your Tasks

• Lead all steps of Insurance Finance Transformation projects, including ESG, Digitalization, and IFRS 17 implementation in SAP, working closely with clients.
• Manage your team in Insurance Finance and SAP solution configuration.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into product functionalities.
• Lead the implementation or customization of SAP modules such as Group Reporting, S/4 HANA FI-CO, FPSL, and embedded analytics.
• Support and train end users to confidently use the implemented solutions.

Your Profile

• University degree holder.
• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting or in-house roles focusing on insurance finance, accounting, or actuarial functions, with SAP implementation expertise in relevant modules.
• Aspiring to grow and lead a high-performing team.
• Interest in new technologies and solutions development.
• Comfortable communicating in English within a cross-border team; German proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
