We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Data Digital Analytics Lead. The candidate will act as a liaison for the commercial team, leveraging expertise in digital analytics to drive digital opportunities, solve commercial goals, and address challenges through digital analytics implementation. They will also play a crucial role in navigating challenges posed by the cookie apocalypse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage knowledge of digital analytics to design solutions for customer journey analytics and experience personalization using data and insights.
- Act as the subject matter expert of our digital data assets, enabling and driving digital opportunities, and proposing solutions to meet commercial objectives and challenges.
- Provide guidance on strategies to overcome challenges posed by the cookie apocalypse, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement privacy-compliant and innovative solutions within digital trading and operations.
- Utilize data to optimize digital properties' performance, focusing on enhancing user experience and personalization. Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to monitor and improve digital performance.
- Serve as a liaison for the commercial team to understand business goals and challenges, collaborating to implement data-driven solutions that increase customer value and prospect acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance digital analytics capabilities.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields (e.g., Computer Science, Analytics, STEM)
- Strong knowledge of strategic insights, business planning, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
- Proven problem-solving skills, especially in navigating challenges posed by the cookie apocalypse
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Deep knowledge of digital analytics, recommendation, and personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Experience, Analytics, Launch, Optimizely, Tagging) with a good understanding of digital/MarTech systems
- Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- In-depth understanding of customer personalization, advanced targeting, and journey analytics
