Your Tasks

• As a project manager, you oversee the renewal of insurance core systems in the market.
• You support customers in their digital transformation by introducing new core systems or switching to industry platforms.
• You define future-proof, functional, and technical architectures focusing on core insurance applications.
• As a management consultant, you advise clients on their core platform strategy and are responsible for building and expanding your team and client base.
• You analyze business requirements for insurance core processes and define solution designs based on the target platform.
• You develop solution designs and coordinate with business and IT departments.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in management consulting or within an insurance company.
• Project management skills (preferably agile) and workshop moderation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Business-fluent in English.
• Open mindset.
