Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Bologna to lead a maintenance team and ensure high equipment availability for operations. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on MHE equipment, use CMMS for planning, and ensure health and safety standards are applied while providing engineering expertise for facility and sort-system equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines with automation experience.
Solid knowledge of PLC-based control systems.
Experience using CMMS for planned maintenance.
Ability to supervise and influence others on the team.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the team and develop technicians within the team.
Guarantee high equipment availability for Operations.
Coordinate planned preventive and corrective maintenance on MHE equipment.
Use CMMS to plan/execute maintenance and manage spare parts inventory.
Ensure health and safety standards are applied.
Provide engineering expertise for facility and sort-system equipment maintenance and troubleshoot.
