Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic Product Development Specialist for Fancy Accessories to drive new collection development from ideation to GO STYLE. You will balance design aesthetics with technical feasibility, cost, quality, and tight deadlines, collaborating with Style and Marketing, and coordinating with industrial stakeholders to ensure timely mock-ups and prototypes in line with Maison standards.

The role requires a degree in Industrial Design or Engineering, 5–7 years in accessory

Competenze

Degree in Industrial Design or Engineering.
5–7 years of experience in product development roles for accessories (metal, leather, multiple materials).
Experience as a Project Manager.
High interest in leather goods and the luxury market.
Knowledge of leather goods development/design is a plus.
Good knowledge of the Office suite and PLM.

Mansioni

Manage designer requests for new collection development, aligning with Marketing briefs.
Source specific materials, techniques or suppliers per project brief.
Monitor mock-ups and prototypes arrival for collection meetings and weekly development follow-ups.
Create development and research-related orders.
Overseeing special order samples: orders, deliveries, and dispatch.
Plan the creative brief through to the GO STYLE phase.
Develop the reuse/circular creativity approach.
Design to Cost approach.
Aware of regulatory topics.
