Mansioni

• Oversees loss prevention operations including patrols, emergency response, and investigations.
• Develops and implements safety procedures, audits, and compliance with laws and SOPs.
• Monitors CCTV, alarms, access controls, and key management; coordinates with local authorities as needed.
• Leads staff training, performance coaching, and incident reporting to protect guests and assets.
