Job summary

Haier Europe, headquartered in Monza, is seeking a Senior Logistic Controller to lead financial oversight of logistics costs across markets. You will design and deploy new analytics tools, partner with Central Logistics, and support top management with data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in integrated supply chain controlling, strong Excel, SAP experience, and a proactive, cross-functional mindset within an international environment. Full-time permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Integrated supply chain controlling experience is required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• University degree in Economics or Engineering management is required.
• Experience with ERP and EPM tools (SAP, HFM, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy a new financial monitoring framework for logistics costs.
• Drive process improvements in Logistics with the Central Logistic team.
• Coordinate budgets and calculate logistics standard costs.
• Provide cross-functional support to the Group integrated supply chain controller.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and group policies.
