Senior Logistics Manager – Data Center Project (Milan, Italy)

Keep one of Europe’s largest construction sites running with precision and pace.

We’re hiring a Senior Logistics Manager to oversee the movement of materials, equipment, and people on a major hyperscale data center build near Milan. You’ll take ownership of all site logistics, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure the site runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule.

This role is critical to the successful execution of a multi-phase, high-value project where timing and coordination are everything. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and can lead site logistics with confidence and control, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive logistics plan for site traffic, laydown areas, storage zones, and delivery routes
• Coordinating deliveries with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure on-time arrivals and efficient unloading
• Managing on-site logistics teams including gatekeepers, banksmen, drivers, and storekeepers
• Monitoring materials tracking systems and working closely with procurement and construction leads
• Ensuring all logistics operations meet strict health and safety requirements
• Supporting site readiness for major construction phases, commissioning, and handovers
