We’re looking for a passionate Senior Localization Account Executive (AE) located in the USA to join the Translated Enterprise Growth Team in a remote position. The Team is identifying companies that value how AI can drive transparency, automation, and the best environment for translations to be delivered creating a global future for all. We’re looking for a talented senior contributor interested in selling to enterprise clients the platform for their global linguistic needs which includes the world’s best linguists, artificial intelligence, and human in the loop machine translation.

What You’ll Do

Account Executive will work collaboratively with technical and operations teams to coordinate project execution and help to grow key accounts. By driving direct sales and the RFP / RFI process through cold-calling, networking, email, etc. AEs will be able to identify and secure major accounts from multinational companies across all industries.

General Requirements

  • Candidate must be highly motivated, ambitious, and flexible
  • Possess a high level of energy and integrity
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Completion and use of sales process training (CCS, Miller Heiman, Challenger, etc.)
  • Ability to make presentations in group settings
  • Take a proactive approach to their work in terms of being a self-starter with a pursuit mentality
  • Excellent business focus : awareness of competitive environment, ability to continuously seek out new opportunities
  • Creative thinker who takes the initiative to get tasks completed and investigates new ways of accomplishing goals
  • Ability to meet or consistently exceed sales quotas
  • High-level knowledge of commercial translation tools a plus
  • Experience selling large, complex technical solutions to the world’s largest multinational companies
  • Expertise with understanding and articulating technical concepts in areas such as software localization, testing, and multilingual publishing is a plus

Required Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar sales role in the translation & localization industry, and prior experience with the full life cycle of a sales process.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a growing environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or above, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with a diverse and remote team within an international environment
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience within the technology companies and experience selling tools and services
  • Must possess valid Passport for international travel
