Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a Resident Experience Ambassador for a part-time role. The position focuses on engaging residents through socials, activities, and outings while supporting the Resident Experience team.

The role requires experience with memory care, the ability to organize events, and 1–2 years working with seniors. Driving may be required and flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and evenings, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with memory care.
• Previous experience in organizing activities or event planning preferred.
• One to two years of working with seniors preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to use independent judgement and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings and other activities.
• Help develop and adjust the Resident Experience plan for each resident.
• Ensure residents receive the monthly activity calendar.
• Encourage participation and engage residents in activities.
• Assist in transporting residents to activities as needed.
• Use Lifeloop to document attendance and interactions.
• Identify and report concerns affecting participation to the Resident Experience Director.
• May drive the company van or vehicle as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
