Then wed love you to consider joining our Legal team at Kellogg as a Senior Legal Counsel based in Vimercate, Italy on a 12-month contract.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing legal team that supports the Italian business and contributes to the broader Iberia & Italy Legal Department. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe, supporting commercial decisions while ensuring legal compliance.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

• Legal Business Partnering Provide proactive, solution-focused legal advice tailored to business needs.
• Contract Management Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (procurement, IT, media).
• Advertising & Media Law Review and approve advertising, social media, POS, and press releases.
• Sales Support Assist the Sales team in customer negotiations and contracts.
• Project Involvement Join cross-functional project teams and provide legal guidance throughout.

Were Looking for Someone With

Legal qualification in Italy with strong expertise in commercial law.Proven ability to manage legal risk while enabling business growth in a fast-paced multinational environment.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Experience in advertising and food law, ideally within a multinational or FMCG context.Fluency in both Italian and English, with the ability to communicate across all levels.
