We are seeking a highly qualified and business- oriented Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal support across our global supply chain, procurement and operations .
he successful candidate will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, oversee regulatory and corporate compliance programs, and manage external legal resources for specialized matters. This role requires deep knowledge of contracts in construction, hospitality and real estate sectors, strong command of industrial and supply chain agreements, and advanced professional English suitable for negotiations and drafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to supply agreements, distribution agreements, logistics and service contracts, NDAs, and procurement documentation.
- Provide strategic legal advice to procurement, logistics , and operations teams to support business objectives while minimizing legal risks.
- Structure and manage contracts specific to hospitality management agreements, real estate construction and custom furniture supply contracts, lease and purchase agreements, and industrial / supply chain agreements with a focus on risk allocation and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including trade compliance, antitrust, export controls, anti-corruption, and labor laws related to the supply chain.
- Support dispute resolution related to suppliers, service providers, or logistics partners, including claims, litigation, and arbitration.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, advising internal stakeholders accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, quality, compliance, and sustainability.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies, contract templates, and training programs related to supply chain legal matters.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of templates, playbooks and automated tools to streamline contracting and compliance processes.
- Lead legal risk assessments for projects and contracts, recommending risk-mitigation measures.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with a degree in Law and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction . LLM or PhD are a plus.
- Minimum of [7+] years of experience in a legal role within multinational companies or leading law firms, with strong exposure to supply chain, industrial, commercial, hospitality or procurement law.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of internal and international trade regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus (strongly appreciated).
