A leading company is seeking a legal advisor to support EU subsidiaries from its location in Sardegna. The ideal candidate will possess legal qualifications from China and Italy, be fluent in English and Chinese, and have 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate environment. This role includes drafting contracts, offering legal consultations, and managing corporate governance information, making this an essential position within the Group.

Descrizione del lavoro

1. Serve and support legal issues of Group in Europe, including but not limited to :

a. The first contact for EU subsidiaries in Group Legal Department.

b. Draft and review contracts, e.g. commercial, employment, and etc.

c. Consult on legal inquiries related to business and operations from EU subsidiaries.

d. Assist in handling arbitration and disputes.

e. Conduct business-related legal research and manage legal inventory.

f. Strong ability to translate legal concepts and regulatory instructions into plain language and improve delivery to EU subsidiaries.

2. Consult, advise, and train on business-related compliance issues for EU subsidiaries.

3. Manage corporate governance information of EU subsidiaries. Keep the registration information up to date.

Job requirements

• Legal education background in China and EU countries (especially in Italy).
• Obtained the legal professional qualification in China or Italy.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese language; fluency in official languages of EU member states, e.g., Italian, French, Polish, and German, will be a plus.
• 3-5 years of working experience in a law firm (corporate legal adviser preferred) or similar role in a company (in-house experience preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and shifting priorities; capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
• Service-oriented, with the ability to act as a true legal business partner with business departments.
• Commercial awareness and good negotiating skills.
