Wolters Kluwer seeks a talented Lead DevOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will mentor a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure services.

Responsibilities include IaC with Terraform/Ansible, containerised architectures (AKS/EKS), CI/CD, observability, and security-by-design across the SDLC. Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Competenze

• Hold at least two Azure &/or AWS Certifications
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science preferred

• Lead design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Mentor DevOps engineers and promote learning and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure reliability and quality
• Develop and enforce security-by-design across SDLC and IaC
• Drive adoption of DevSecOps and IaC practices across the organization
• Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines and observability standards
• Lead incident management and post-incident analysis
