mibntech is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join our nearshore team and work on production systems for international clients. You will be embedded in client teams, writing production-grade code from day one.

Design and develop Java/Spring Boot backend services, participate in architecture reviews, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating daily with clients across CET time zones.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Java development in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Data, REST APIs.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• English proficiency - daily client communication.
• Able to work CET hours (9h-18h Paris time).
• Git, CI/CD, code review culture.
