Hard skills we seek and develop

• Object-oriented programming, OODP, Dependency Injection, Domain-Driven Design.
• Concurrent and functional programming.
• Asynchronous programming and network design patterns.
• Acceptance Test-Driven Development and Test-Driven Development practices.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools and best practices.
• Source control systems, Java SDK (including Java 8 streams and Lambdas), Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, AWS, Eclipse, or similar IDEs.
• Frameworks such as JDK, Guice, Spring, Hibernate.

• You hold an academic degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• You have started your career as a software developer and are eager to showcase your passion for technology and programming.
• You are comfortable with complex challenges.
• You prefer simplicity in software design, following the K.I.S.S. principle.
• You are dynamic, energetic, and passionate about technology.
• You are a quick and continuous learner.
• If you are from a non-EU country, you must possess a valid EU visa or work permit.
