team.blue in Toscana, Italy is looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to join an agile, cross-functional team and help design and build scalable, high-quality services.

You will collaborate with product owners and engineers to shape technical solutions, influence architecture decisions, and ensure secure, robust applications. Proficiency in Java, Spring, Docker/Kubernetes, and SQL is preferred; Italian fluency and English reading ability are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Bachelor's/Master's in CS, engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of OOP, patterns and data structures.
• Experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring.
• Experience with automated testing strategies.
• Familiar with SQL and RDBMS.
• Experience deploying with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Fluent Italian and working English.
