team.blue is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our agile, cross-functional team and design scalable, high-quality services. In this role, you'll collaborate with product owners and fellow engineers to shape technical solutions, influence architecture decisions, and translate business needs into robust applications.

You'll work within a team that emphasizes best practices, testing strategies, and security.

Competenze

• 5+ years in software development with a Java focus.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, data structures and design patterns.
• Experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring.
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies.
• SQL/RDBMS knowledge.
• Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS models.
• Fluency in Italian; working English
