Job summary

Revolution Medicines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director, Senior Corporate Counsel for Italy to serve as the primary legal advisor during launch and commercialization of its oncology portfolio.

Based in Italy, you will partner with Italian and European leadership to balance legal risk with commercial objectives, advise on pricing, contracting, competition law and regulatory compliance, and manage external counsel and disputes as needed.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent law degree and admission to practice in at least one U.S. state or European jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house or law firm experience in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Advise the General Manager, Italy and local Leadership Team on commercial, regulatory and contractual matters.
• Lead market access, pricing, tenders and healthcare contracting issues in Italy.
• Coordinate with external counsel, manage litigation, and oversee compliance with pharmaceutical laws.
