We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Senior IT Solution Manager. In this position you will play a crucial role to collaborate a team of IT Solution Managers and Specialists, driving the design and implementation of standard IT products tailored to sector needs. You will oversee financial management, uphold quality and efficiency standards, and ensure compliance with social and IT security regulations.

What will your responsibilities be?

1. Collaborate with DSC functions to define and develop IT products that meet market needs efficiently.
2. Ensure IT products adhere to regional standards and align with global strategy while identifying roadmap improvements.
3. Create sales collateral and cost models to effectively promote IT products during Tender and RFQ phases.
4. Guide teams and suppliers to deliver IT products on time and within budget.
5. Ensure successful onboarding and stabilization of new customers, driving continuous improvement.
6. Manage funding for IT product development and monitor project budgets and schedules closely.
7. Lead team assignments and foster a passion for innovation and strategic goals.
8. Support team members in transitioning to a productization approach, embracing change for success.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering logistics projects within IT, particularly in implementation roles.
2. Proven track record with Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations, showcasing your technical proficiency.
3. Strong interest in managing both internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and high performance.
4. Familiarity with software engineering, logistics processes, and agile project management methodologies.
5. Willingness to travel across EMEA as required by project demands.
6. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments while maintaining composure and focus.
7. Strong understanding of logistics process requirements with a practical mindset to implement effective real-world solutions.
8. Capability to inspire and manage teams towards high quality, speed, and cost efficiency while upholding ethical standards.
9. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or similar.
10. Excellent communication skill in English.
