YOUR DAY TO DAY
* Engage with your business stakeholders to understand the vision, processes and requirements.
* Set the overall technological direction and the technical roadmap for each of the solutions you are responsible for in the Quality domain and sub domains:
- Quality Assurance and factories Quality Control Laboratories contexts
- Quality Management (QMS)
* Craft, document and implement comprehensive IT solutions that address quality management needs, incorporating industry's best practices, cyber security best practices and innovative technologies (i.e GenAI).
* Assess technological trends in your domain to proactively identify new or improve solutions.
* Oversee technical aspects of software package solutions, e.g., major upgrades, migrations.
* Understand and follow PMI software engineering and cybersecurity standards and practices.
* As part of an Agile product team, translate user stories recorded in the product backlog into actionable technical requirements (features) and work on their implementation.
* Work with other Solution Architects and Domain Architect(s) to ensure solution architecture aligns with domain design guidelines.
* Collaborate to develop RFI and RFP documents and participate in reviewing vendor submissions and preparing recommendations that meet PMI requirements including compliance with established standards and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSIdeal Technical Requirements:* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
* 8+ years of experience in IT solutions implementations and support.
* Knowledge in Windows and Linux OS.
* Understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) architectures, ecosystem, hybrid and private cloud (Preferably experience with AWS).
* Knowledge on Entra ID (authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, IGA, PAM, conditional access). Understanding of Endpoint management technologies (SCCM, Intune).
* Understanding Virtualization and Containerization technologies (VMware, EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS, etc.).
* Knowledge in networking (Firewall, VLAN, VPC, ACLs), Load Balancers (ALB, ELB, Nginx), KMS, PKI.
* Knowledge in Databases technologies (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.), other cloud-native databases (AWS RDS, DynamoDB, etc.), schema conversion tools (AWS DMS, Talend), Performance optimization, SQL tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
* Knowledge in Integration technologies (API Rest, EDA, API Gateway, EventBridge) (Preferably experience with MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform).
* Knowledge in DevOps and DevSecOps technologies, CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and IaC (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible). Preferably experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence). Understanding in Software Engineering, including development methodologies, tools (Git, Maven, Artifactory), and automated testing (Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin). (Preferably coding experience with Java and Python).
* Understanding how to work with data for AI/GenAI applications and ML model design, LLM training/fine-tuning and RAG pipelines.
* Understanding of Big Data Architectures, BI/data analytics (PowerBI, Snowflake), ETL/ELT, data streaming and automation (Athena, Glue, MSK, etc.).
* Knowledge in Monitoring and Observability (Cloudwatch, ElasticSearch, Logstash, OpenSearch).
* Knowledge of Operational Technologies (OT) domain (IT/OT convergence, Purdue Model, industrial protocol, MQTT, OPC/UA, IoT platforms).
Ideal Functional domain Requirements:* Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS - ELN - SDMS) - preferably LabVantage.
* Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) like Veeva QualityOne Vault.
* Experience with Laboratory instrument software (connectivity, integration).
* Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) to ensure they meet user needs, intended uses, and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Certifications:* AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or equivalent experience.
* LeanIX EA Associate Certification.
* MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1.
* SAFe Agilist.
* ITIL Foundations.
