Amcor is seeking a Manager, IT Risk to lead and oversee IT and cybersecurity risk programs across the enterprise. You will coordinate risk assessments, workshops, and reporting to senior leadership to strengthen Amcor's risk posture.

You will collaborate with global teams, implement risk treatment plans, and ensure compliance with standards while driving governance, risk, and compliance initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of total professional experience with 7+ years in IT/cybersecurity risk management.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide IT risk programs, risk assessments, and governance committees.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry requirements related to IT risk.
• Ability to communicate complex risk to senior leadership effectively.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT and cybersecurity risk programs, risk assessments, and committee reporting.
• Coordinate risk workshops and maintain risk registers and metrics.
• Develop risk treatment plans and monitor remediation activities.
• Collaborate with global IT, security, and business teams to improve risk posture.
• Present risk updates to senior leadership and Audit/Risk committees.
• Drive continuous improvement of the IT risk management framework.
