Apple Retail in Milano seeks a Senior Manager to lead a high-performing team, shaping the store vision and ensuring excellent customer experiences. You will mentor managers, recruit and develop staff, and partner with Store Leader on strategies and critical decisions to meet performance goals.

You will model inclusive leadership, address escalations, and drive operations to align with Apple’s priorities while upholding policies and protecting assets.

Competenze

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Lead a team including Managers, driving performance and developmental goals.
• Participate in Floor Leadership, ensuring exceptional customer service and alignment with business priorities.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalations with appropriate leadership partners.
• Drive store performance by planning and executing operational strategy across assigned areas.
