Vertiv is seeking a Project Manager Technical Project Mgmt. (IT) Sr. Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital platform initiatives across regions.

You will drive planning, execution, and governance for platforms such as Compass AI, Writer AI, SiteScope, Workato, UiPath, Power Automate, and Cursor, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery with measurable impact. You will serve as the central coordinator for stakeholders, reporting to leadership, and coordinating across cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, CS, business, or related field.
• PMP/PMI-ACP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience in technology/digital delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional, multi-regional projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with software platform deployments, UAT coordination, and change management.
• Familiarity with iPaaS, RPA, AI/ML, or SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Agile/hybrid delivery, and CI/CD lifecycle.

• Own end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of digital platform initiatives across regions.
• Coordinate stakeholders, governance cadences, and executive status reporting.
• Lead global / regional rollout efforts and change management activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies; maintain risk registers.
• Define and track KPIs on adoption, velocity, quality, and user experience; produce leadership dashboards.
