Zusammenfassung

Berlin Packaging EMEA is seeking a Senior IT Functional Analyst – Finance to lead end-to-end finance process design across GL, AP, AR, and closing activities in Europe, with a focus on Dynamics 365 F&O.

You will translate business requirements into ERP solutions, ensure controls, and collaborate with internal developers and external partners. The role requires onsite presence in Milan 3 days/week and travel across EMEA.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst with a strong Finance domain focus in multi-country environments.
• Deep knowledge of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Close & Reporting.
• Experience with ERP platforms and functional design including Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP or Oracle.
• Fluent in English; working proficiency in Italian; onsite Milan 3 days/week with travel across EMEA.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end functional analysis and process design across GL, AP, AR, and closing processes.
• Translate finance requirements into ERP solutions; drive fit-gap analysis and to-be process docs.
• Collaborate with developers and partners to manage enhancements, releases, and testing.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Finance apps; coordinate resolutions during month/quarter/year closes.
• Support transition to Dynamics 365 F&O; ensure data readiness and country localization.
• Govern changes, documentation, SD separation of duties, and audit evidence; liaise with auditors.
• Drive user adoption and create training materials; coordinate State of Work with Finance leaders.
• Identify improvements and data quality initiatives across Finance master data.
