As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our IT department is hiring a Senior IT Engineer to manage IT back-office integrations and operational functions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management, and leadership skills to enhance end-user experience, infrastructure operations, and enterprise application management. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, integrating new systems, and leading junior IT staff across multiple sites while supporting various offices, remote employees, and multiple time zones.

In this role, you will:
Technical Leadership & Support:
* Provide internal Tier 2 technical support for IT infrastructure, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues.
* Manage and administer a mixed-platform client system environment (Mac OS, Windows) and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Slack, and Entra ID.
* Develop, implement, and maintain proactive monitoring for endpoint health, patching, compliance, and performance metrics.
* Ensure efficient IT service delivery by managing ticket escalation and resolution processes.
* Offer support and guidance to stakeholders on IT best practices and system utilization.
Systems & Infrastructure Management:
* Oversee company-wide IT integration projects, including SaaS applications and enterprise software platforms.
* Drive automation projects to enhance operational efficiency, security, and end-user experience.
* Maintain and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
* Establish and enforce best practices and policies for IT operations, security, and SaaS integrations.
Team Development & Collaboration:
* Coach and mentor junior IT staff across multiple locations to improve their technical skills and customer support capabilities.
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT team.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
* Develop and document operational standards, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Security & Compliance:
* Implement security best practices for IT systems, including access controls, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
* Manage business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure IT resilience.
* Stay informed on emerging IT technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
* 5+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure operations, and cloud-based systems management.
* Experience working in internal support, working across teams.
* Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across multiple IT environments.
* Strong proficiency in enterprise IT tools such as Microsoft 365, Slack, Entra ID, and cloud-based platforms.
* Hands-on experience with IT automation, scripting, and integration projects.
* Experience using automation tools like BetterCloud or Workato
* Experience with MDM tools like Kandji, Intune, or Jamf
* Ability to manage IT service requests, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, ITIL, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or equivalent.
* Experience implementing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in IT service management.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and risk management frameworks.
* Understanding and ability to follow InfoSec guidelines and principles and IT services
