This role involves supporting production issues, managing the software lifecycle, and providing architectural consulting, with a focus on collaboration within cross-functional teams.

To strengthen our Software Delivery team, we seek engineers passionate about growth and technological evolution, eager to advance their careers within a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve technological and business goals.

Your role :

Your duties and responsibilities

• Support production issues, tuning, log analysis, diagnostics, and supervision.
• Provide in-depth consulting on business development frameworks.
• Address architectural themes.
• Manage the software lifecycle.
• Assess group architecture and tools.
• Offer architectural consulting to companies.
• Update development guidelines and onboard applications onto new pipelines.
• Monitor technology adoption, support guidelines/tools, and assist with hybrid cloud platforms, including escalation support for operations.

Additional tasks may be assigned as your role expands.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (minimum score: 105/110).
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Java and .NET.
• Experience with Cloud and Department technologies.
• Good knowledge of main web/cloud application frameworks.
• Proven work experience of at least 5 years.
