What's the position?

This is a full-time Senior iOS Developer position at Neybox Digital, aimed at talented individuals who want to work on cutting-edge applications that positively impact the well-being of individuals worldwide.

What will I be working on?

You'll be working on our two apps: Pillow, a sleep-tracking app, and Today, a quantified-self wellness app.

Both apps have won an Editors' Choice distinction and have been featured multiple times in press and media. They have millions of users worldwide and a great roadmap ahead.

What will be my role and responsibilities?

As a senior developer, you will be responsible for:

• Building new features
• Fixing bugs
• Maintaining the existing codebase
• Writing Unit Tests for existing and new features
• Ensuring the documentation of the project is accurate and helpful
• Researching new technologies and frameworks

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week and is a full-time role.

What's the tech stack?

Both apps are written in Swift using MVVM and MVC architectures. The UI is built with SwiftUI and UIKit. We write unit tests, and the codebase is clean and well-documented. We utilize various frameworks and incorporate machine learning. Both apps are available exclusively for iOS.

Can I work remotely?

Yes! Our team is 100% remote. We offer flexible working hours, but some overlap between time zones is necessary.

What is it like working at Neybox?

Our team is small by design. We work closely every day (Monday to Friday) using Slack and Linear, with minimal meetings. We foster a collaborative environment that encourages new ideas and close teamwork.

Requirements

• 4+ years of iOS development experience in Swift
• Experience with HealthKit, CoreML, SwiftUI, UIKit, Core Animation, GCD, Core Data, and WatchKit
• Experience with Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in performance profiling with Instruments in Xcode
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies
• References from previous employers may be required
• Proficiency in MacOS and iOS usage
