Prada Group in Milan is seeking an Internal Communication Specialist to develop and manage internal campaigns with a strong focus on employer branding. You will have autonomy in managing projects and budgets, working closely with cross-functional teams as a central point of contact for communications across the organization.

You will craft clear, engaging messages, promote company culture and values, and build a broader employer branding program across channels.

Competenze

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

• Create contents and manage internal communication campaigns.
• Support the global Internal Communications plan and ensure timely, consistent messages.
• Plan and coordinate engagement campaigns to promote culture, values and inclusion.
• Develop engaging, clear messaging for diverse employee audiences across the organization.
• Execute employer branding initiatives across channels to strengthen Prada Group's image as an attractive employer.
